The Penthouse

This modern apartment takes up the entire first floor of a 1905 historic storefront building. Just one block from downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery store are all within walking distance. The Great Room boasts 14-foot ceilings, fireplace, reclining sofas, billiard table and dining for 6-8. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry round out this luxurious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Please make sure your reservation reflects the actual number of people staying.

Welcome to the Road Trip Retreat — a spacious two-bedroom getaway with mid-century touches, located in the friendly town of St. Francis, KS. Rafter TA Ranch House-2 bedroom-Pet/Horse friendly

Relax and enjoy the beautiful, quiet country setting. We are a working ranch family, so you will often find cattle grazing nearby and hay being baled in the summer. Bring your bike/tennis shoes for miles of country roads. Your well trained pets are welcome and we have space for a few horses to overnight too! Hunting nearby is abundant and wildlife sightings are almost guaranteed. Whether staying for a night on your way through or coming to hunt for a few days/weeks, we'd love to have you!

The Steampunk Room

Welcome to the Steampunk Room in the Hwy 36 Hideaway - now under new ownership! This cozy little room is where simple comfort meets unexpected charm! This room is a charming single motel style room located in the newly remodeled vintage 1940s limestone faced motel, formerly the Wright motel. It is themed in honor of the Tri State Thresher Show which is held every July in Bird City. It features 1 queen bed, 1 twin XL, 1 sleeper couch, 1 bath, microwave, mini fridge, TV, and a coffee maker.

Little green getaway

Welcome to my little Kansas getaway. The home has a very comfortable living room, a main floor bedroom with a queen bed and big closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a bathroom with tub on the main floor. There is a 2nd bedroom on the basement level (stairs to access) with 2 full size beds along with washer/dryer. This home is only 1 block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum. This house is not handicap accessible.

The Cabin

The Cabin is located in the small, rural town of Brewster, just off Interstate 70 between Colby and Goodland. It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.
