Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

Redwood Sanctuary Oakland Hills

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Private studio in a family home with separate entrance and dedicated parking spot. We are located in the Redwood Heights neighborhood of Oakland California with easy access to freeways, shopping, sights, and restaurants. This is the perfect home base for national and inter-national travelers visiting the Bay Area. The studio has a small kitchenette, bathroom, and a comfortable queen size bed. There’s a flatscreen TV , wifi, and a shared garden patio right outside the door.

Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
