Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene private suite. apartment is located 5 minutes away from Antioch Bart station in a quiet neirborhood, close to convenience stores, restaurants, recreations parks and hiking and biking trails, hospitals near by Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Delta.
