Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. It has open field views and is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, pubs, restaurants, famous attractions, and is only 20 minutes from the Peak District National Park. Outside is a private, decked area with chairs, table, luxury outdoor slipper bath and fire pit - a perfect place to relax, unwind, and cosy up under the stars.

No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested . You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive
