Whether you’re here for business, university, or entertainment, this bright and airy loft is well-suited for an enjoyable stay. This polished space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, en suite laundry, and high ceilings featuring tall windows that radiate plenty of natural light. Street parking is first come first serve. However, complimentary parking is located in the paid lot at the rear of the building. Also, train tracks run in the rear, no horn sounds, but white noise machine provided.

This spacious walk-up loft (NO ELEVATOR )is 1,200 square feet and is conveniently located within walking distance or a short cab ride from dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, Museums, art galleries, parks, concert halls, Top Golf, the new sports arena, the University of Alabama Birmingham, and UAB Hospital. If unavailable, there is a 2nd floor loft as well.
