Villa is situated in a quiet location and offers a beautiful view of Punat and Košljun island. Outside you will find a heated pool, terrace, seating set , sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. This accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people. You have access to this common area Latest video on YOUTUBE (key in "Adriatic villa in Croatia") Quiet hours from 23h to 7h. NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large.
