Coastal Garden Lodge

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near the seaside village of Knott-End-On-Sea . Free range eggs from chickens in the garden and a trampoline are available Located very near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

If you're looking to get away from it all, ours is a semi rural location down a single track lane, right in the middle of the countryside. Only a 10 minute drive from Southport with all its facilities and there are several golf courses within easy reach. The big selling point at our location are the horses to three sides of the property. To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond.
