The Stables is a self-catering, self contained unit based on an arable working farm. It features two bedrooms - both an adaptable space with a twin bed or a super-king bed set-up. The property enjoys one bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower. Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

A beautiful barn conversion situated in the centre of the quaint village of Potterhanworth, just a short distance from the historic city of Lincoln. Relax in the open plan shabby chic living area, that opens through double arched doors onto the veranda and outdoor eating space. Lit by fairy lights you can enjoy views of the beautiful, established garden. Finish the evening in a super king size bed, or double brass bed looking up at vaulted ceilings with huge chandeliers and exposed beams.

A cosy mid terraced 1 bedroomed cottage in the small village of Ewerby, near Sleaford. Ideally situated for weddings, sight seeing, or a romantic break in the country. The cottage features an open plan lounge & kitchen with log burner, smart TV, cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave. Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

The Old Surgery

The Old Surgery is a self-contained annexe in a quiet location, with its own garden, private parking and EV charging facility, fifteen minutes from the medieval city of Lincoln. The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
