Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

Nestled in the heart of the North Lakes, just outside beautiful Keswick, The Workshop sits adjacent to our family home, but is totally private and detached, with dedicated access and its own parking space. It's the perfect quiet, snug retreat for those looking to have a great hiking base in the Lake District, a romantic weekend away, or a homely space for individuals to reflect and relax.

Wood House Cottage

Spectacularly situated in the beautiful Buttermere valley, Wood House Cottage offers sole use of the cottage for your group. The lake is a one minute walk away, where there is a delightful pebble beach and a breathtaking view. The Byre - cottage in converted barn nr Ullswater

Ideal for couples. Completed in 2020, The Byre is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater in the Lake District. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes. There are plenty of walks from the door and a good pub, The Royal, is just a short stroll down the road.

Watson's Dodd pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! this takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it own private dining area overlooking blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or read a good book.
