Glencolmcille beach and the folk village are also in walking distance.The Slieve League cliffs and the silver strand beach are a 15 minute drive away.

Luxurious modern cottage

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Little Pink House

My lovely bungalow is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Ireland, i.e. Donegal. This little gem is an escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, where, at night, all you can hear are the soothing waves on the beach. Rossnowlagh beach is a 5 minute walk from the house - a popular beach amongst surfers and families. On the southern side of the beach is the famous Smugglers Creek pub - a traditional Irish seaside pub with breathtaking views of the beach and surrounding areas.

Carnaween View

Situated at the head of a picturesque valley 5 km from the nearest main road. The nearest habited house is 3km away. Views from the cottage are stunning and on a clear night you can count the stars. There is no light pollution. This is where the host and at least two generations before him were born and raised. It is the perfect location if you want to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet. Feedback from current customers all comment on the peace and quiet and the sheep.

Seagull Cottage is located on an elevated site overlooking Inver Bay. Facing southwards, it takes full advantage of its sunny position. The kitchen/dining area has patio doors leading onto the front lawn with a sheltered sitting area & built in brick BBQ. An ideal location for a relaxing coastal getaway as well as a central location for touring South Donegal. The beach and Inver Port are within walking distance & local shop/post office, bar and take away within close proximity.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

This tastefully restored formed Sheep Farmer's cottage is ideal base for your visit to Donegal. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.
