Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field.
