The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. One bedroom apartment within 2 minute walk from Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa, 18 hole cliff top golf course and stunning 2 mile long beach with Pop up bars, Restaurants and Water Sports Center (high season only). Charlestown Harbour with many pubs and restaurants is a 20 minute walk along the cliff path or 5 minute drive away. Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. The area is perfect for Paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming and snorkeling. Local groups welcome tourists to join in.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Welcome to our annex, nestled in a peaceful village away from the main road and set in a quiet location up a short lane. This light and airy accommodation is attached to our family home (you may hear us from time to time), with the convenience of private parking, private entrance and private courtyard, overlooking the lawn. It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
