The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. The Garden Lodge is situated in the grounds of Mourton House, in the Cornish countryside village of St Mawgan. The lodge has recently been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a beautiful tranquil position a 2 mile well worn wooded footpath takes about 35 minutes to walk to Mawgan Porth beach. The delightful harbour town of Padstow is 8.4 miles distance, with its quaint shops a plenty of places to eat. Newquay is 6.2 miles from the Lodge.

The spot has been in the owners family since the 1920s. Recently undergoing a full makeover we as a family are very proud to share it with you.
