Sarete a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale, in zona a traffico limitato ma con un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a soli 5 minuti a piedi (Piazza VIII Agosto).

The uniqueness of this attic lies in having dual terraces, allowing one to have breakfast or lunch outdoors while enjoying the marvelous panorama of the historic center of Bologna. The location is very quiet, central, well-served, and just a ten-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore.
