Sitting atop a two and half acre private property, this home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Property has direct access to the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve. Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. Winterwarm Cottage and Wine Tasting.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Visit picturesque Fallbrook with us at The Nest: Our warm, country farmhouse includes a large one bedroom and one bathroom, an oversized living room with a pull out bed and a kitchenette that includes a microwave, toaster oven and small refrigerator (no oven). There is 650 square foot space with a private entrance, parking, and balcony with beautiful views. We are in the country side, . The Nest is located north of Interstate 76 and Mission road; 16 miles to the Oceanside beach.

Only a 25 minute drive to Oceanside Harbor Beach, 30 min to Temecula wineries, 30 min to Legoland, 50 min to SeaWorld and 70 to Disneyland plus all of San Diego County in under an hour!

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

Mariposa Guest House

Enjoy contemporary living in a rural atmosphere at the serene Mariposa Guest House. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath property is located on a 4-acre country estate. The house is in a structure completely separate from the main house and includes its own patio and off-street parking right in front. Our location is very private and designed for quiet relaxation. Enjoy access to the expansive pool patio to take in the panoramic sunset view.

Wishing Well Mini Ranch is a peaceful two-acre property with a few unique vintage stays and friendly farm animals. The Tipi is a spacious, cozy retreat with a private bathroom, queen bed plus two twins, hot shower, mini kitchen, Wi-Fi, and propane fire pit. Enjoy open skies, fresh air, and the gentle presence of goats, chickens, and horses. Perfect for a relaxing short stay or weekend escape in nature.
