With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

Wattle St Beach House- steps from the beach!

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

A wood fire for colder evenings and air-con for hot days. Walk to the river and forest. This is private and inspiring accomodation 10 mins from Bellingen, a perfect retreat. Organic muesli and fruit provided for breakfast.
