City Centre is 10 min drive or 25 min on bus. 8 min connection to M1 & M62. Royal Armories, Whiterose Shopping centre, Leeds city museum, Art gallery, Kirkgate market, Kirkstall Abbey, Roundhay Park, Middleton Railway, tropical world are some must see attractions.

This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.
