Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

We have been AirBnB travellers for a long time so we understand what makes a stay special. This "cozy" unit has great amenities and very responsive hosts! Conveniently located in the NoBo Art District, very close to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, 5 min walk to the bus stop, 3 miles to Folsom Field, 2 miles from Pearl St Mall, a huge screen TV and comfy linens. The Wonderland Lake hiking trails and the Boulder Paragliding launch point are just right outside the door!
