This private guest suite in North Boulder has tons of natural light and is located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a newly remodeled bathroom, AC, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a kitchen with tea and coffee provided. Private with no shared spaces. We are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Walk to bakery, grocery, gorgeous Wonderland lake. Work remotely. Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apt. was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests below our primary home. Wonderful, large 800 sq ft, open floor plan apt. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being reconstructed. Pets are allowed. We charge $15/day per pet. Also note, there is no fence on our property. There is a large open space park 300’ away as well as access to USFS 1/4 mile from your door.

Quaint 1 bedroom in the mountains.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around.
