It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny and welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder!
