Charming and Serene 1919 Escape

**Please read before booking** Share leisurely dinners under the ornate metal gazebo at a light-flooded residence brimming with character. The soothing shades of gray at this private, split-level (living room, bathroom, and kitchen upstairs, bedroom downstairs) 800 square foot guest house lead to tranquility and rest amongst the fragrant, climbing roses of the private garden. Please note there are two sets of stairs in this apartment. **In light of COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. If you have any additional questions, please ask.** This guesthouse is a gorgeous split-level guest house in the Liberty Wells neighborhood. On the top floor is a lounge area, full kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom. On the bottom floor is the bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size air mattress and a pack-N-play to accommodate any number of guests. You will have access to the entire guest house. We can be available to you, should you need us. While you may not see us you will probably meet our Scottish Terrier, Tater, in the yard! Liberty Wells is just south of downtown Salt Lake City. A mile-long walk or drive reaches Liberty Park and the 9th district, which is peppered with unique restaurants and shops, while Alchemy Coffee and vintage shops are just a few blocks away. Walking is very easy. However, a car can be helpful depending on what you plan to do. There is a bus stop a block away that will take you around the city. And Lyft or Uber will can take you just about anywhere for less than $10. A couple things we've heard from former guests: -There are stairs in the apartment, and because it was built in 1919, they are narrow. There is a hand railing. -The bedroom and bathroom are on separate floors. -We are located at the end of a dead end street, which makes parking challenging. We have a certain neighbor who is very vocal about "his parking spot," in front of his home; however, it is all public street parking. -Because the building was built in 1919, guests have tripped the breaker when too many appliances were plugged in at once. We recommend using one appliance at a time.

Spacious family room with pull-out sofa and large-screen TV. Huge book library, home gym, and a lovely patio with BBQ. Owners live upstairs with our dog, Sadie.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Close to Hill Air Force Base, Antelope Island, Skiing, Lagoon, shopping, and a variety of dining options. Located in a quiet, modern neighborhood with a fishing pond greenbelt, parks with walking paths, tennis courts, and play ground close by. Private playground and picnic area just outside the entrance to the apartment. Large screen tv, office area, and wifi. Comfy atmosphere.

Cute Studio near Downtown SLC and the U of Utah

This apartment is located close to downtown Salt Lake City. Close to temple square and the U in the picturesque Avenues neighborhood. Fast Internet/WIFI. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from restaurants and cafés. This studio has a lot of natural light with the forward facing windows and is a relaxing environment for either solo travelers or a couple. Travel amenities and small tokens of appreciation are left for those adventurers who decide to stay!

A cozy and private restored 1892 Queen Anne home in the eclectic SLC Avenues. The look and feel of the late 1800s with all modern amenities. Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.
