It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Stroll 15 mins more and you’ll find the recently renovated Monkey Island Estate. A short drive and you can be at either Ascot or Windsor Races, Cliveden House, Legoland, the village of Cookham or the beautiful river Thames towns of Marlow or Henley

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).
