The property is situated next to Ilkley Moor and Ben Rhydding Golf Course, just a short walk (up a steep hill!) to the Cow and Calf Rocks and its namesake pub. Close to the Pennine Way and Calderdale Way, there are lots of outdoor activities to choose from and also within walking distance of Hebden Bridge centre and Heptonstall.

This cottage is set back off the road making it a great private secluded cottage which feels miles away from anyone while being close enough to local pubs, shops and great walks. It is completely private with the hottub available to use in the private garden until 10pm. This cottage has a great sauna inside also for you enjoy.
