The Apple Shed @ Rose Cottage

The Apple Shed is a luxury stay in the heart of North Yorkshire, easy driving distance to Ripon, Thirsk, Harrogate & York. We’ve recently (2021) renovated an apple store and stable in our garden into a beautiful space. You can spot the restored apple picking ladders and exposed bricks from the original building. Located in the heart of Dishforth Village it’s walking distance a village drinking pub and a five minute drive to the award winning Crab & Lobster restaurant and The Angel at Topcliffe.

The Old Post Office, providing a lovely 3 bedroom character suite, with private, off road parking and a sunny private courtyard to enjoy outside eating and relaxation.. Situated in the beautiful village of Alne, 10 miles from York and access to Harrogate, the Dales, the North York Moors and the Coast. The Area has just been awarded "one of the Best Places to Live in the UK" by The Sunday Times. Stylish, Egyptian cotton bedding on all beds and providing everything you will want for your stay.

Boundary Cottage, Spacious, Comfortable Cottage

Boundary Cottage is situated over looking the pretty cobbled St Jame's square on Boroughbridge High Street. A very spacious and comfortable cottage on two levels. With private parking. Boroughbridge is a pretty, small historic market town with independent shops and cafes. With lovely walks along the river and canal. Centrally located for York, Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, The Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 10 years of age

Grantham Loft

Grantham Loft is a 2 bedroom first floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Cobbler's Cottage

Nestled in the scenic North Yorkshire village of Sessay, this charming former cobbler's cottage offers a spacious retreat. Inside, you'll find a wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine. Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

‘Dove Cottage’ modern and cosy cottage

A new conversion, Dove Cottage is a beautiful contempory 2 bed cottage offering a peaceful southern outlook and nestled away behind the high street with all the local amenities within walking distance. The cottage has a wet room bathroom with rainfall shower, yorkshire stone flooring in the kitchen and outside courtyard for guests to enjoy a glass of wine or evening meal. Easy access to York, Harrogate and Leeds plus the charming City of Ripon is 15 minutes by car.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

The farmhouse is a stylish, spacious, comfortable space ideal for family get togethers and group holidays. It sits in the Vale of York, between York and Harrogate with the Dales and Moors of North Yorkshire nearby. A super house for sociable evenings in; dinner by the log fire, a game of pool or drinks and table tennis on the patio during warmer months. Great local pubs and restaurants serving excellent food and a supermarket/shops a short drive away.

The End Place - A romantic hideaway for two

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

We're down some narrow country lanes, so make sure to bring a map!
