The Boardwalk

Located in the beautiful coastal village of Lake Conjola you will find The Boardwalk, comfortably furnished and styled in modern beachy themes. Large rear deck with outdoor kitchen, LCD TV, unique glass topped canoe table with seating and a great day bed. Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

The large deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the views out to sea & natural surroundings, with an amazing variety of birds, along with the goats, geese, peacocks & alpacas that roam the farm. We're only 10 mins from Bawley's pristine beaches & we provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The Stables @ Longsight

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
