Barns Cottage

The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

With a bus stop outside and the charming Braunton village only a 5 minute walk , you'll have easy access to many bars, restaurants, and shops. This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. Built by Chris and named after the littlest member of the team, our new private annexe provides the perfect getaway for for couples or solo travellers who are looking for an easy getaway amongst fantastic beaches, beautiful countryside and great places to eat out. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

The Studio

Our self contained studio is situated in the vibrant village of Braunton, a 15 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands. An ideal getaway from the stresses of city living. The area is renowned for its beaches, Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe. The Studio backs onto a lane leading to walks along footpaths and country lanes. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, surfing etc. Or just sit, chill & enjoy the south facing deck.

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
