Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The twin bedroom has two single beds in a spacious room next door to the family bathroom with bath / toilet. Superbly located within walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes of Braunton, Ambrose is also just 5-10 minutes by car from Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay. A perfect getaway.

Recently refurbished bolt hole located just 2 miles from the glorious beaches of Saunton and Croyde. We offer a studio room with a separate entrance & on street parking. There is a luxurious king-size bed, Large TV, dining table, sofa and a large walk in en-suite shower. The Kitchen area has a sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher & a small fridge freezer. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a chilled start to your day and a relaxing end to it.

Comfortable, private annexe with separate entrance (with key) in the centre of peaceful Georgeham. Lobby area for breakfast, En-suite shower room. Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

High Tide

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.

The Chiggypig is a recently converted detached annex situated in the grounds of our Victorian home. It was previously an old coach house which has been completely renovated into a contemporary living space. Its elevated position offers views across to Appledore and Hartland. Decorated to a high spec, it is designed and suitable for couples or a single person looking for a peaceful break away on this gorgeous North Devon coastline.
