Comfortable furnished private room in a quiet Pearland home. The room is located upstairs and includes a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The homeowner lives downstairs and is very friendly, & accommodating. Guests have full access to the shared areas of the home, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and backyard. The upstairs bathroom is shared with other guests when the additional rooms are occupied. 15 mins from Pearland hospitals! No pets.
