Coastal Charm - 2 Blocks from the Beach

Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house suitable for max 4 adults & 3 children. Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined and fully renovated by us in 2021. While we renovated the property we have added lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental; it’s our home away from home. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grant, the large fenced in yard is perfect for families with pets & children, the pedestrian beach is 3 minutes walk.

Our home tells a tale of nostalgic memory for all guests! Paying attention to the uniformity of the interiors, making sure that all amenities are clean, and maintained to standard that guests appreciate for a time away from home. We boast of a fully stocked kitchen, a view of the lake, bay and beach from some rooms. Hot Tub to soak in (at resort), fire pit, clean linens, other club amenity includes lazy river, infinity pool, restaurant, bar, etc We're looking forward to hosting you!

This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife, yet 5 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, 7 minutes from Space Center Houston and 30 minutes to Galveston and downtown Houston. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large deck with firepit and smoker. Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

Take advantage of easily accessible boat ramps, the Freeport splash park, boat charters, 3 nearby beaches (Surfside, Bryan, and Quintana), and the various fishing tournaments that occur throughout the year.
