Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Cathedral Town- Historic House - Country Garden

Ideal location for exploring Brecon and the surrounding National Park. A few minutes walk from open country in one direction, and five minutes from the town centre in the other. The cottage, opposite the Cathedral, adjoins one of Brecon's finest Georgian buildings, Grade II listed Priory Hill House, with which it shares a lovely half-acre garden on the banks of the River Honddu, with spectacular views of Pen y Fan. Tastefully furnished with Welsh antiques, a newly equipped kitchen, TV, & Wifi.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Welcome to my home In a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk into the town of brecon Which has a good array of super markets, coffee shops restaurants and things to do also has transport links to all surrounding areas including Cardiff and Swansea hay on wye and crickhowell there is a lovely cathedral in town and the brecon to Monmouth canal starts beside brecon theatre you can walk or cycle to tal y Bont and stop in the numerous pubs along the way for a light lunch and a drink

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.

Georgian Townhouse

Newly renovated period property centrally located in the quaint market town of Brecon. Situated next to the Royal Welsh Regimental Museum and still functioning barracks, the historic Brecon-Monmouthshire Canal is a two-minute walk away and Brecon Cathedral is a ten-minute walk. A good base for walks and hikes in the beautiful Brecon Beacons, kayaking, mountain biking, climbing and horse riding available from nearby providers or exploring the Wye Valley and Hay-on-Wye (25 mins away).

Duck Cottage - Brecon Canal

Duck Cottage is a cosy house sat on the Brecon – Monmouth Canal. The property is shared with the duck squatters who frequent the garden. The property is perfectly positioned within Brecon town and all bedrooms have a canal view. Ideally situated with several local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby (all within walking distance) while also centrally located for outdoor activities nearby on the canal and within the Brecon Beacons Park. The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

The Shepherds Cabin

Unique self contained cabin located in a picturesque village in the heart of the Wye Valley and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, with a lovely village pub within walking distance. Double and single bed, well equipped kitchen, wood burner, shower room, private garden, outdoor hot tub which is always warm, hammock, fire pit & BBQ. Romantic retreat, family holiday or somewhere to simply relax and de-stress!
