Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Das 5-Zimmer-Ferienhaus Meerblick43 ist generationsübergreifend für Familien mit bis zu 6 Personen geeignet und verfügt über eine Terrasse am Wasserlauf und einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Apartment hat eine Sauna, einen Kaminofen und einen Fussballkicker. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus verläuft über 3 Etagen. Die Nordsee und der Sandstrand sind 200 m entfernt. In unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés sowie viele Freizeitangebote und Ausflugsziele.

This spacious home is a cozy & convenient base for up to 6 adults (plus children & pets) to explore the city and the northern coastline. The house has a great setup for smaller & bigger families and comes with a fully enclosed backyard that is ideal for kids or pets to play freely or bikes to be stored safely. It's located in a small and quiet neighborhood only a few walking minutes away from the tourist harbour (restaurants, sights, culture) and right next to the cities all new bicycle path.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Ferijenhus Saans

Unser Ferijenhus hat ca. 100 qm und geht über zwei Etagen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten (mit Zugang Terrasse), Küche und WC im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafräume und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Sandstedt liegt direkt an der schönen Weser mit einem kleinen Hafen. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung über die A27 Richtung Bremen oder Bremerhaven sowie eine Fähranbindung Richtung Oldenburg/ Ostfriesland.

Reihenendhaus mit Charme

Das Reihenendhaus liegt im Dorfkern und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt mittig zwischen Bremen, Hamburg und Cuxhaven. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert!
