Self Contained Annexe by the Sea in Saltdean

A stylish self contained annexe with its own entrance & parking. There is a communal area with a dining table and chairs, a small kitchen area (no cooking facilities available) with sink, kettle & toaster. French doors open out onto a decking area. An open staircase leads to a mezzanine area with a double bed. The main stairs lead to the second floor with a spacious lounge that has a large sofa which turns into a small double bed. There is a football table & Playstation4. A bathroom with shower.

Braemore Lodge is a private annexe property just a stone’s throw away from the historic Hove seafront. Guests will benefit from their own entrance, a private parking space and a recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. Braemore Lodge can host up to 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children (with the benefit of a folding sofa bed). Self contained Garden Studio with free parking.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Light and airy two bedroom annexe with parking and EV Charging. Sociable open plan living room and kitchen. Second bedroom can either be two singles or one double (please let your host know which suits your group when booking). Great design features like reclaimed timber bar top, underfloor heating, pale wood flooring and roof lights with views up through tree canopy. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private timber decking, a wonderful sun trap, especially in the evenings.

Brighton (Southwick) self contained studio flat

A small but comfortable , cozy, clean space with an on suite that includes a shower. TV with amazon firestick that includes Netflix and wi fi. just 10minutes away from Brighton and Hove. the double sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and as long as you are happy with having a little less space for the night i won't charge you any extra for the second guest.
