Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Our host reviews attest to that :-) We live in the main house adjacent to the studio and welcome any chance to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Hercules is located in the East Bay. Less than 30 minutes drive to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin County, Napa Wine Country, Concord and Walnut Creek. The studio is very close to the major freeway entrance (highway 4 and interstate 80) which makes it easy to travel around the bay area.

The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
