A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Welcome! This is the private, self-contained guest suite of a large family home in West Toowong. Our property has a shared secure entrance from the street and the guest suite has its own door, deck, travertine shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with mini-bar fridge and small built-in robe. Queen bed, wall-mounted smart TV, reverse cycle air-con and small BBQ on deck. Minimum 2-night stay, 11% discount for weekly, 16% discount for monthly stays. This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
