The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room.

Hello & welcome to our home! We offer one double bedroom to with a shared bathroom as well as other shared amenities such as kitchen / dining room and lounge. This location is great for the MOD, UWE, Southmead Hosp. and Airbus which are all within walking distance. It also offers access to Bristol City Centre (2 miles away) either by bus from Filton Avenue or Train from Filton Abbeywood both of which are around a 6 min walk to the nearest stop! Very nice neighbourhood. On local bus route about 30 minute bus ride from city centre. I work full time which for the time being I am working from home.I live with my 14 year old son and have a partner which is here sometimes and stays over weekends. Small modern cosy house with parking. We do have a new addition to the family a puppy called Phyllis.
