Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.
