This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. The 'wow' feature of the house is the patio doors in the lounge, which open onto a south facing sun deck. Fully enclosed rear yard, pet safe. Upstairs bathroom, with walk-in shower, no bath. Downstairs toilet with shaver point. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bus stop to town 25 metres away.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day.
