Situated in the countryside directly onto a Bridleway, only 0.5m away from the stunning Hutton Rudby Village surrounded by views of the Cleveland Hills, Captain Cooks Monument and Roseberry Topping. Perfect for walking, cycling or just relaxing.

Honeysuckle Shepherd’s Hut w/ Hot Tub and T/court

Off Grid shepherd’s hut with a wood fired hot tub and tennis court in the picturesque village of Potto, near Swainby. The perfect weekend getaway for 2 with stunning views of the North Yorks moors and a wood burner. This hut is cosy, warm and comfortable. The shepherd’s hut has a hot shower, working gas stove and a mini fridge. There’s a separate private composting loo. And during the summer you may use the tennis court just a short walk through the orchard. There is no electricity in the hut.

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Located just outside the market town of Bedale, a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, Exelby is a quiet village with a thriving community owned pub (the Exelby Green Dragon). Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

Greystone Retreat

A luxury rural retreat overlooking the North Yorkshire countryside. With all the modern luxuries in a rural and peaceful setting we offer a king size bed and rainfall shower. Our covered, 7 seat hot tub allows you to relax in all weather in the privacy of your own garden area. As we live here you may sometimes hear our children playing.
