Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Situato in bassa Val di Susa, a pochi Km da importanti mete sportive e naturalistiche, dista 30 minuti dal centro di Torino. La stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e garantisce i treni ogni mezz'ora verso Torino e l'alta Valle. Supermercati e ristoranti nei dintorni.

The accommodation is just over 15 minutes from the centre of Turin, 10 minutes from the Bengasi metro station and 5 minutes from the Mondo Juve and I Viali di Nichelino shopping centres. Ample unguarded parking is available; you can access the flat by self-check-in.

The property is ideal for two/three people, with an independent entrance, offers guests a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and a large loft with double bedroom.

La casetta della magnolia è un bilocale con ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per il relax, adatta a single o coppie. La zona cucina dispone di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. E' presente zona notte indipendente. L'appartamento offre anche in estate il dovuto comfort grazie alla presenza di zanzariere e aria condizionata. Possiamo ospitare fino a 2 adulti (camera con letto matrimoniale alla francese ) e 2 bambini/ragazzi ( su divano letto del soggiorno).

Innesto per l'autostrada a 6 km, ai piedi dei monti della Val Sangone e del Parco Naturale del Monte San Giorgio; a 1h15 di auto dalle piste da sci del comprensorio Olimpico di Torino 2006. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone: Marina, Carlotta, Giorgio e il sottoscritto, residenti al primo piano.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Cozy apartment and mountain view

Retreat to the patio of this cozy apartment taking in a view of the mountain with the family after walking through Piazza San Vito, visiting the castles of Piossasco, or after a visit to nearby historic Torino. Bench seating in the kitchen will allow for a nice dinner party and the pull out sofa bed allows the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests. Cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away with several supermarkets within a short drive.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
