Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal um das Pustertal mit Seitentälern zu erkunden, ob es Skifahren/Mountainbiken am Hausberg Kronplatz ist, eine Wanderung in den Dolomiten oder eine Bergtour im Ahrntal.

Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen zu Spaziergängen, Radtouren, Nordic-Walking-Touren, Wanderungen..... Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit, dem Ausblick und der Lage. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien (mit Kindern).

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min). The price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass with many different extras and a free ride with the Kronplatz cable car.

Neu errichtete, sehr ruhig gelegene Parterrewohnung am Dorfrand von Kiens. Das Dorf befindet sich ca. 12 km von den Aufstiegsanlagen des Kronplatzes und ca. 10 km von der Stadt Bruneck entfernt . Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedensten Aktivitäten. Unsere Wohnung "Mitterhaus" ist neu erbaut und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
