Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Mölle is a lovely old seaside resort village. The Kullaberg region offers plenty of activities for all ages.

Cykelväg finns runt hörnet och via den kommer man norrut till Mölle, Kullaberg och Krapprup. Söderut når man Höganäs. Är man intresserad av fiske finns goda möjligheter att fiska från stranden. Lägenheten är en avdelad biyta i en större villa. Det är egen ingång och altandörr mot trädgård. Badrummet har toa, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
