Something Old & Something New-a Millenial's vision

One of my dearest personal projects! This lovely one bedroom apartment is set on one of the most important boulevards in the heart of Bucharest- Calea Victoriei. It bears a lot of history, that i wanted to keep and revive. As i do in all my apartments, i kept the beautiful wooden floor, that was laid down using a technique which is not used anymore and one more element that i let you discover.That will tell you a bit about the women who lived there. Everything else has been changed completely.

This super large central studio (40 sqm) was completely renovated in 2024. It has amazing decorations, a Queen size bed (1.8*2.0m), a sofa, a cozy small balcony, a large fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with rain sower. The subway is near the building, and the Old Town is within 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is often booked by photographers for their photo sessions. On the ground floor you will find a coffee shop, an cake shop, mini markets, fast food, ATM,exchange etc

Indeed still stepping again on the terrace I feel lucky having this view towards Cismigiu Park, House of Parliament and National Cathedral, seeing sometimes stunning sundowns as in Santorini or Ibiza make this flat unique!
