Great for two small families as this deal is a two for one, with a separate full apartment (with kitchen and bath) next to the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Marmora. Lots to do close by.

Getaway with the whole family, including your pup! Tucked away in a forest with a large deck overlooking the pond, everyone can enjoy. Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen. Please note, the owner Russell does reside in the lower unit from May-early January. You can fish at any season and sail your boat during the summer! We are also minutes away from the Cooks Bay Marina where you can rent boats and canoes. It's a great place to enjoy it with friends and family! ( Not a lakefront home)
