The Lodge provides a luxury 2 bedroom (4 berth) wooden lodge within a 10 acre plot, just outside Knighton, Mid Wales. Where you will enjoy Panoramic views across rolling countryside viewable from either the comfort of the lounge area with the log burner roaring in the corner or from the hot tub on the private decking. Simply sit back and relax. All bookings include a personally tailored welcome basket as well as a log burner starter kit(winter) or a disposable BBQ(summer) to help you settle in.

The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

Writer's Lodge Cottage Bishop's Castle Shropshire

Restored old building on medieval site, on edge of the Shropshire Hills AOB, in quiet location in central Bishop's Castle. Double and single bedrooms, lovely old furniture, luxurious modern comfort, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; walk-in shower downstairs, bathroom upstairs; centrally heated plus log-burner; wi-fi and television. Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.

Station Cottage is a recently renovated Victorian railway building. Offering cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect base for walking, cycling (road and off-road) or just for enjoying being surrounded by green spaces and fresh air. Situated in the small, but thriving, village of Bucknell, it is within walking distance of an excellent pub, a petrol station and butchers.
