The get away home

The house is very spacious with a master bedroom with it's own bathroom and door to go to the back yard, it is in a safe area, it has a huge blocked fenced backyard, very comfortable home to enjoy and relax a peaceful quiet get away vacation smoke free, plenty of parking for a boat and toys, its surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants and parks. There's a near by hospital. A Walmart around the corner. We are near the Avi hotel where you can launch your boat. It's near the river, casinos, rotary park and dog park .

Amazing large family house close 2 Lake and river

#1 My place is close to Lake Mohave. Just 5 minutes from Laughlin, Nevada and the Big resort Casinos and Las Vegas is a short 90 minute drive. Lake Mohave is Katherine landing, see the Marina for boat and Seadoo PWC rentals. Davis Camp is great 4 the river, At the end of our block for great views of the dam, seadoo rentals, gazebos, & great day camping & BBQ. Must see Historic Oatman mining town & Grand Canyon west rim(2hrs) south rim 3hrs. Sams club, Chilis, IHOP, Walmart, Etc. 5 minutes away

Only want to stay a weekend & have pet, let me know & I will lower the pet fee. 950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people.
