The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The Salty Koala is on a perfect Peninsula position, right at the tip of Soldiers Point. From our top floor location enjoy panoramic views over the entire bay. It is a short stroll to peaceful beaches, boat ramp and marina, where you will find fantastic restaurants and a cafe. As a known koala hotspot, you may even catch a glimpse of our neighbourhood koalas from the balcony. At The Salty Koala you will be supplied with everything you could ever need, including all linen and bath towels.

Enjoying sweeping views over Salamander Bay and out to Boondabah Island, this upstairs king bed guest suite is 300m from the beach. This suite is all brand new (2023 construction) and has open plan lounge and dining area, ensuite, walk-in robe and expansive terrace. Kitchen facilities include sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Street parking is available out front. Centrally located 5 mins drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and 5 mins to Nelson Bay Marina.
