Welcome to 'The Studio!' our lovely little studio apartment/tiny house! This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. It has a stylish, spacious yet cosy living area, a separate kitchen and shower room, and private off-road gated parking. We are a 10 minute walk from the city Centre & Train Station.

Peace tranquility 4miles from the city + hot tub

Guests are welcomed to sit and enjoy the peaceful ponds with use of the summer house to bbq and explore walk amongst the mature trees. The property has recently been refurbished offering comfort and quality living with integrated bosche cooker and washing machine facilities included. Two bedrooms are open plan on a split level upstairs. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. There is ample parking. There is loads to discover starting with the historic city of hereford and the mappa mundi.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. The Annexe prioritises your security with secure doors, windows, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance covering the residence, gardens, and parking areas. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.
