This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 4 night stay applies in August.

Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.

Just 5 minutes walk from the Hoste. The cottage has 2 parking spaces . It sleeps 6, 1 double with en-suite, 1 double with cot & 1 twin bedded room, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor. CHECK in is generally on a Friday for weekend bookings due to cleaning. I do take 2 night bookings but during Bank Holidays & Summer holidays often it’s a minimum of 3 nights.
