The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The stunning parkland of Holkham Hall is close by and Burnham Market with its superb shops and restaurants is only 5 miles away.

The property is modern, light and airy, with contemporary fittings mixed with a cosy vintage twist. I lived here for 8 yrs and welcome you into my former home and hope that you enjoy it as much as I have.

Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.
