Relax with the whole family in this traditional 2 bedroom house in Langley Park, a short drive from Durham City. As you enter, there is a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom and 2 reception rooms. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with space for an extra single bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a family bathroom. The sitting room has patio doors to a garden. At the front is space to park a car in front of the garage.

We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
