"Like a luxury tree house" - walk to village/Park

Leafy location just one kilometer from the heart of the village and just under two to the main entrance to Morton National Park. The property has been ftted out with quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen together with Sleeping Duck mattresses and fine bed linen. Modern, 3 bedroom, fully furnished house with everything you could need! We are massive dog fans as well, so have provided a safe space for you and your 4 legged friend to come and unwind. Large entertaining deck upstairs and afternoon sun trap garden downstairs. Only minutes away from local shops, cafes and beaches. An outstanding location to come and relax whilst watching the golfers or explore the South Coast, its amazing beaches, wineries and beyond.

Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Beautiful north facing comfortable cottage set on 5 acres, walking distance to Berry. Up to three persons and pet friendly. Quite, convenient, views and a bottle of wine included. Guests can play tennis or have a BBQ. Min two night bookings . School holidays and public holidays/long weekends are charged at the weekend night rate. If additional guests than booked including children arrive you will be billed the extra person fee per night .
