Bedroom - double bed with draws and a hanging area for clothes. Electric heater. Living/kitchen room - a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and a toaster. There is a dining table with two chairs and a TV with free view & electric heater. Bathroom- toilet, sink, separate shower cubical and a heated towel rail. Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
